Admission to the school is a 3-stage process including an initial interview where the immediate family member(s) directly responsible for the day to day wellbeing of the child(ren) meets with the leadership of the Administrative office. AMAwuli Shule ya Sababu gives admission priority to families represented in the municipality the school is located and within a definitive radius.

How to Apply
AMAwuli Shule ya Sababu uses a 3-stage method for admission. An initial interview and a pre-admission assessment are two critical aspects of the admissions process. The whole process takes approximately 2 – 3 weeks for a successful family.
Stage One

Fill out a request for admissions online through the inquiry form. Upon receipt of the completed form, a pre-application interview will be set up. Initial interviews can be in-person or virtual.
Stage Two

Upon success from Stage 1, you will be directed to creating a user account for APPLICATION. Once your account has been created, you will receive correspondence from the Admissions Department.

The admissions account created will enable you to keep up-to-date with the admission process, upload needed records and other documents requested. A base competency assessment of the child will be scheduled as part of stage II once all required forms and documents have been submitted. Following the assessment, parents will be communicated results and the next applicable, step(s).
Stage Three

When an applicant is successful and accepted for admission, the family will receive an Acceptance Notice and an Enrollment Contract along with all enrollment documentation. In order to secure and finalize acceptance, the contract must be executed, handed back and the appropriate tuition deposit made.
